Welcome to this new resource, produced by NHS Western Isles.
This site is to support those seeking guidance for mild to moderate mental health issues, who are supporting themselves or for those who are supporting someone else. This site holds lots of information on various mental health issues, factors which can cause mental health issues, as well as help on how to strengthen someone’s mental health. There are self-help guides, and links to online therapies or apps that may offer support.
Importantly however, if you need additional support, please visit your GP who can advise you on the best course of action.
